Tybee Escape is perfect for a large group. It sleeps lots of folks in beds, has 3 living room areas plus two screened porches and a large fenced yard. Huge kitchen/living room makes it easy for the group to congregate. Great Location- one block away from the ocean and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The ground floor has a self contained apartment with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, and a full bath. A back door which leads to the patio with a fenced in back yard, a gas grill plus an oyster grilling area. The second floor which features a huge kitchen and dining area with breakfast bar and open concept living room. Also on this floor is the master bedroom with attached master bath. There is a laundry room and a half bath. This floor also has access to the two screened-in porches. The third floor has a loft area with a daybed and dining table. There's two additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

~Our goal is to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible!~
- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.
